Careers
One inspector in 2009, 17 people today, across 14 Michigan counties. We train people who have never inspected a house, and we keep the ones who are good at it.
Who you would be joining
Trademark Inspection Services started in 2009 as one man with a ladder. It is 17 people now — inspectors, client care, marketing and an office dog — covering 14 counties and more than 16,000 inspections.
It is still family owned, and it still runs like it. There is no call center, and the person who answers the phone knows the inspector who is going out. Everyone who works here is on one page, which is either reassuring or terrifying depending on how you feel about team photos.
