What happens next
No call center and no scripted follow-up. You will be speaking to the office that books the work and to the inspectors who do it.

We encourage it. Walking the property with your inspector is worth more than any report on its own, and it is the best time to ask what matters and what does not.
A home inspection report is with you within 24 hours. Some services take longer by their nature: commercial buildings run 24 to 72 hours, a radon result arrives when the 48-hour test ends, and mold samples come back from the certified laboratory in one to three business days. Whichever it is, the report is photo-rich, in plain English, and yours to share.
