The role

Certified inspector

Inspecting is the visible half of this job and the report is the other half. You would be out at houses across the region seven days a week, then at a keyboard writing up what you found — because the report is the thing the client keeps, sends to their agent, and reads again a year later.

Interested in becoming an inspector but not sure where to start? For the right candidate we offer a full training program to get you certified and performing inspections. Already certified and looking to move? Let’s have a conversation.

Paid vacation, paid holidays, health options, an HSA and Aflac come with the full-time roles — the careers page has the rest of it, including who you would be joining and the five things we hire against.

  2. 2A person reads itIt emails straight to the person who runs this side of the company. There is no applicant tracking system in the middle and nothing gets filtered out before somebody has seen it.
  3. 3We callIf there is a fit, the call comes from a Michigan number. Worth answering one you do not recognise for the next few days.
