Every review on this page is a real client, quoted exactly as they wrote it. Most of them name the inspector who did the work — which is the part we are proudest of.

I recently hired Trademark for a full home inspection on a new purchase, including sewer scope and radon testing. It was a phenomenal experience from beginning to end. Our inspector, Mitch, did a fantastic job explaining all the findings, and the digital report with photos and videos was superb. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

He was thorough, patient to answer my questions and provide feedback on what areas he would recommend having a follow up expert and why. The office was responsive and I was able to book multiple services to be done in the same visit (inspection, radon test, sewer scope).

I generally refuse to leave reviews unless I was very impressed or very disappointed; this is one of those times. I priced multiple companies, and this one was on the higher cost side. However, this is one example of you get what you pay for. Joe was my inspector. He was extremely detailed, listened to all of my concerns, gave honest solutions, and followed through with every question. I applaud his level of detail and professionalism. Excellent people skills with a lot of shareable knowledge. Working with him placed many of my concerns at ease when considering the purchase of a home.

Arianne EspirituMichigan · Google reviewWhy people keep calling
We have been inspecting homes and commercial buildings across Southeast and Mid-Michigan since 2009, and we have done more than 16,000 of them. Long enough that the reviews are not one good month — they are what the work looks like when you have done it that many times.
Nobody here works on commission and there is no call center, so whoever picks up has nothing to gain from selling you an add-on you do not need. The questions we get asked most are answered in full, prices included, and the people who would turn up are all on one page.
What we do
Been inspected by us?
Good or bad. A review on Google is the fastest way to help the next person decide, and it is the one place these cannot be edited by us.
Seven days a week, across 14 Michigan counties, since 2009.
